Prayer Concerns

Lysa Clark will continue to be monitored over the next couple weeks as her doctors determine whether or not the last chemotherapy treatment was effective.

Peg Clark has had difficulty adjusting to changes in her medication.

Johnny Fielder, Jo Massey’s nephew, is facing another hip surgery due to an infection caused by a spider bite.

bullet

Marie Miller, Ken and Carolyn Isenberg’s longtime friend, has stage 3 ovarian cancer.

bullet

Virginia Mouser, Carolyn Isenberg’s mother, continues to struggle with her health.

bullet

Art Parker, Bobby Green’s friend, passed away last weekend after a long battle with illness.

bullet

Blake Ramsey, grandson of Janis Lewis’s friend, Inez Duke, continues to serve in Bagdad, Iraq.  He is currently in active combat. His address is posted on the bulletin board.

Missions Update: It was decided at the business meeting this week that the money donated in memory of Lucille Green would be given to the preacher training school in the West African nation of Ghana that former minister, Joe Connell, works with regularly.  It was also decided to make a one-time donation to Arnold Garcon, the missionary from Haiti that visited with us several weeks ago.  If you have any questions about this please see Bill Reed.

Budget: Updated copies of the church budget are available in the foyer.

Thank You: There is a thank you posted in the foyer from the Watterson Trail Church of Christ.  We will worship with them again on the evening of July 15.

bulletCollecting Change for the Nursery: Any change given in the weekly contribution will go to the nursery fund, as renovations are currently underway.
bulletPantry:  The food pantry is in need of food at this time.  Please bring non-perishable items and place them on the table in the old kitchen.  If you have questions about which items to bring, please see Dennis or Dottie Carson.

bulletComputer: If you are in need of a computer, please see Kent as the church has one that it no longer uses.  Also, if you have any old computers, please give them to Aaron Ellis as he is part of an organization that reworks old computers and gives them to people in need.
