Prayer Concerns

	Chester Ambrose had surgery on his hand Thursday.
	Lysa Clark was in the hospital this week for another four-day treatment.
	Peg Clark has spent some time in the hospital this week.
	Jennifer Collins was released from her previous job and is searching for a new position.
	Bobby Green has been having some problems with his stomach and will be having tests soon.
	June Jennings, mother of former member John Jennings, was involved in a serious car accident recently and is still in critical condition.
	Deloris Wilkins, Rose Ellis’s sister, was recently diagnosed with cancer. She will undergo surgery soon.
	Continue to pray for these people, as well: Launa Collins, Darlene Crask, Jim Davis, Mike Evans, Johnny Fielder, Adam Hoskins, Jo Massey, Cyndi Mauller, Sondra McCutchen, Marie Miller, Janie Mofield, Virginia Mouser, Blake Ramsey, Mytha Roy, Adam Swanson, Mary Woodward, & Virginia Woodward.

	Tonight: Please join us tonight at 6:00PM in the auditorium for Kent’s message, “The Downfall of Pride,” discussing the book of Obadiah.
	New Wednesday Peak of the Week: Our Wednesday night bible study will center on the book, Renewing God’s People, a history of the Churches of Christ. If you did not pick up a book last Wednesday, see Kent.
	New Beginnings: Please sign up if you will bring food for this ministry. Next Sunday is the drop-off day for this month.
	Summer Gospel Revival: The Midwest Church of Christ is hosting a Summer Gospel Revival June 17-21. Please see the bulletin board for more details.
	Joint Worship: Mark your calendars for our next joint worship service! We will worship with our Watterson Trail Church of Christ brothers and sisters at their building on the evening of July 15.
	Kingsfield Children’s Home: Please plan on filling and bringing your change can back y August 26. There are a few change cans left in the foyer for those who did not pick up a change can last week. There are also some brochures about the children’s home.

Peak of the Week Bible Study

Please make plans to join us this Wednesday at 7:00PM for our Peak of the Week class in the fellowship hall as Kent continues to lead us through our new study on the history of the Churches of Christ.

Attended Nursery

We have a Cradle Roll Class available for any children under three years old. They will be dismissed to the nursery at the rear of the auditorium after the Lord’s Supper.

Other Information

	Church Maintenance: The church is in need of a person or persons to take on the responsibility of the maintenance of the church building. At this time, after ten years in this ministry, I realize because of some health issues and my age, I am not capable of doing some of the things needed in the building. I would like to resign from this position on June 30, 2007. I do want all those who have assisted me during the past years to know how much I have appreciated their help. If you are willing to help in the building maintenance, please contact the elders soon. --Chester Ambrose

	Nursery Renovation: Any change given in the weekly contribution will go to the nursery fund, as renovations are currently underway.
